All non made to order items are processed within 5-7 business days typically. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or any holidays, you can expect this to possibly be longer.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
All domestic shipping is automatically calculated at checkout and should arrive in 2-7 business days. If USPS is experiencing high volumes, this can delay your order significantly.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive shipment confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been packed and taken to the post office. Keep in mind, this could be 2-3 weeks after you placed your order. Also please give 2-3 business days from the time you receive your shipping confirmation for the tracking to update.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Bibliovert is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Bibliovert is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Bibliovert ships worldwide, and the price is dependent on the weight of your package. It can range from $25-$100+. We do not profit any way off of shipping, and we are always looking for a way to decrease this expense.
